Eye Plan is our comprehensive eye care package, specifically designed to provide you with the very best eye care at an affordable monthly price.
Membership of Eye Plan includes
- Your Comprehensive Eye Examination and Ocular Health Check, including an OCT 3D eye scan and an Optomap ultra-widefield retinal imaging scan. You are entitled to free examinations as frequently as you need or want them.
- Access to Emergency Eye Care whenever needed
- Your Contact Lens Aftercare Appointments* or Contact Lens Assessment**
- Unlimited Consultations with one of our Optometrists at no extra cost
Plus, these additional benefits
- Up to 25% off all spectacle lenses and frames, including sunglasses
- Accidental damage cover for spectacles**
- Special member pricing on contact lenses and free direct to home delivery (contact lenses can be paid for by direct debit or cash on collection)
- Special member pricing on all of our specialist services, such as Dry Eye Assessments or Colorimetry
- Free Refillable Glaskar Lens Cleaning Bottle (refilled as often as required)
How much does monthly membership cost?
- Eye Plan Reward Members - £14.49 per month
- Eye Plan NHS Reward Members - £13.49 per month
- Eye Plan Essentials Members - £9.99 per month
- Eye Plan for Young People and Children (Under 25 years old) - £8.49 per month
- Eye Plan Contacts Members - from £2.49 extra per month (membership to Eye Plan Reward or Essentials also required)

Joining is easy – just give us a call on 01227 760501 and book in to come and see us and we’ll explain everything in more detail.
Joining only takes a few minutes and you’ll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing your eye health is being taken care of.
You’ll just need your bank account details, so that we can set up the direct debit.
